Unhealthy Eating Habit comes from people who choose foods that contain high quantity of calories and don't consider balance of nutrition on food plates. Have you ever asked yourself that Unhealthy Eating Habit will impact your life significantly? With my experiment, my answer is yes . As I'm at the age of 8, I loved eating junk foods at KFC , such as Friend Fried, Big Ham and Pan-Cakes ,etc. , which I decided it to be my main meal for daily-life. As the consequences , I gained weight vastly , which made me difficult to do school and house activities, so I promise myself to give up eat bad meals; Anyway, today , I want to introduce you some techniques to drop off Unhealthy Eating LifeStyle.
START SMALL
Begin to setting goals about changing small-scale of altering just one food choice everyday.Over time , you plate will fill with healthy food .
EX : cole -> fresh water
pizza -> apple .
Focus Important Efforts
Some foods provide high amount of calories and fat .
If you concentrate on avoiding those things , a simple change can make big difference on your health .
Take hand approached .
If you’re lack of time for eating outside , it’s a good reason to create your own quick ,convenient and healthy dishes .
